This is an error message.
This is an error message that can appear on your Windows computer. We find that when it happens with CCleaner then using the slim installer usually gets around the blockage. Tried to download the slim build again, but this time in a private FF window. I resolved it by continuing to redownload the installer, until the 3RD or 4TH one worked.
